return & exchanges

Savor Surf stands behind our products and it is our goal to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.  If there is a problem with your order please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at shop@savorsurf.com. 

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If item is not in original packaging we will be happy to exchange it for an item of equal to or lesser value.  If your item meets the above criteria please contact the Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Please place the RA number on the outside of your package so that it is clearly visible prior to mailing it to the address below. (Note: RA number is not clearly visible it will refused.)

Refunds: After receiving the returned item, Savor Surf will credit the customer's account for the original product price less the 10% restocking fee.  Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your refund/ exchange. Savor Surf will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Savor Surf Company

Returns & Exchanges are only acceptable under the following conditions:

    The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

    The item must be unworn and in new condition.

    The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

    Refunds will be credited back only if they are still in original packaging.

Please allow 2-3 days for Savor Surf Company to process all orders.

P.O Boxes

Savor Surf apologizes for any inconvenience, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Note: All items on savorsurf.com are priced in U.S dollars. Exchange rates change daily, and savorsurf.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. You may want to check with your credit card processor to inquire if they charge you a conversion rate fee.

International Shipping Policy

Your shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. All packages shipping internationally cannot exceed albs. Please allow 10-25 business days for orders shipping internationally to be delivered.

All appropriate custom fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. This price is calculated using the retail cost of your purchase. Custom agents make the decision when to release your package. On some rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information about customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
